Sterling is fairly obvious and means the metal alloy used to make the piece is 92.5% Silver. The C.T. is the manufacturer and/or designer. In this case it’s a designer as it’s clearly not a big manufacturer.

Jun 14, 2017 · I suppose it could be initials and wondered that myself. But I find references to PD when I google sterling silver markings but the explanations are not clear. Also on EBAY there are listings for PD Sterling, i.e. "PD Sterling Silver Heart Shape Design Ring". Again, though, no explanation about the PD. Thanks for responding.
