Aug 31, 2019 · Aleen's mainstay Tacky glue is amazing, but Jewel-It is THE BEST! Jewel-It has even better adhesion then Tacky for nearly every surface. Because it's made to hold jewels (a hard plastic surface) to fabric (a flexible surface) it must remain semi-flexible once dry. That flexibility is what makes this the very best craft glue you'll ever find.4.4/5

'Jewel It' by Aleene's, a reputable company who makes Tacky Glue and other adhesives for attaching jewels and craft items doesn't work like it says it should. On the front of the bottle it claims to attach jewels (rhinestones in my case), permanently through many washings. Not true at all.3/5(2)

Long drying time, but does the job very well (worth the wait). Seem to remain somewhat flexible and holds the embelishment very well. With typical hot glue the embelishment can be easily peeled off like lifting a sticker from its backing. But with this Aleenes glue it definitely requires more determination to manually remove them.4.4/5
