This is an antique Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks photo, picture, or stamp holder. It is a beautiful piece by Alfred Schickerling Jewelry Co. 51 Maiden Lane New York. It has the elk picture in relief, with BPOE around the elk with blue enamel. There is a red star above the elk, with more red at some spots on the piece.
