I ordered a insulated trolley after watching it in bid TV and this was my first purchase thru bid tv. I was charged around 15 pounds for the product including the delivery charges. After 2 weeks of non delivery , I contacted the customer support and they told me they will investigate . I was send a document to sign and send via post.
