I love Bidz jewelry and have been buying from them for years. This is the first year that I had trouble with delivery. One item got cancelled on me and I'm still waiting for 2 more items. Bidz customer service have really worked with me and have been very considerate.

I have been a customer of Bidz.com since 2013. Since that time I purchased items worth over $12,000 from Bidz.com. Up until mid-2017 I was satisfied with the delivery of purchased items from this company. Between August 2017 and October 2017, I ordered items worth over $1,200 from Bidz.com, which I did not receive till today, the 3rd February 2019.2.4/5

I started following Bidz.com thinking the merchandise and the return policy were on the up and up and easy as so many on-line services are. The pictures of the jewelry are enhanced in color and size and the description never seems to fit the merchandise received.

"Bidz.com is a great place to participate in online auctions from costume jewelry to high end jewelry. I have won numerous items from them and I am very satisfied with the quality of items in whole. However, on 2 occasions I had to send items back and had to tell them why and they issued an RMA immediately and gave refund.

Feb 22, 2018 · Bidz jewellery is bad quality & bidz have terrible customer service. They don't seem to care if their customers are unhappy. They're just happy to keep selling their crap jewellery with their over -priced recommended retail prices, which are a scam. My advice is to avoid bidz like the plague.
