I love Bidz jewelry and have been buying from them for years. This is the first year that I had trouble with delivery. One item got cancelled on me and I'm still waiting for 2 more items. Bidz customer service have really worked with me and have been very considerate.

I have been a customer of Bidz.com since 2013. Since that time I purchased items worth over $12,000 from Bidz.com. Up until mid-2017 I was satisfied with the delivery of purchased items from this company. Between August 2017 and October 2017, I ordered items worth over $1,200 from Bidz.com, which I did not receive till today, the 3rd February 2019.2.4/5

I have purchased from bidz.com many times and had generally good experiences. The last purchase I made (the largest) was over $1000 and never delivered. Bidz.com has told me the package was delivered as well as Canada post, however I did not recieve any product. I have tried numerous times to have bidz begin an investigation and have had no success.2.4/5(77)
