Thank ya! They were a company in Providence, RI and they made jewelry and knives---mentioned as early as 1931 and as late as 1988 and that is about all that I know right now----. Sarah, there was a ' Novgrad & Bojar' in Providence RI in the 1920's that made costume and sterling jewelry.
