In my past, I bought and sold silver jewelry. I came to Thailand a few times to buy.. Mostly in Bangkok and then I found a place in Nakorn Si Tammeratt which was a factory outlet or factory store.. I now live in Phuket and have never seen this kind of quantity of choice.. If you insist on buying in Phuket, I would probably guess that the weekend market in Phuket town would be your best choice.
