Jan 30, 2012 · Sell it back to Jared (the jewelry store I bought it from); this was the smart move. Issue is they don’t buy back rings they – themselves sell. They only give you what the value of the ring is when you purchased it towards the purchase of a new one (which has to be twice the amount of the ring you bought originally) WHAT THE HELL!

Instead, they admit that the sales person breached policy but still refuse to provide a refund.
