I’ve had an engagement ring from Ernest Jones that’s now lost 3 diamonds the first diamond lost we had to pay to mend! That same diamond fell out again and because we didn’t keep the receipt that we paid to fix this we was then told we was not entitled to replace this diamond again and would have to pay AGAIN!2.1/5(571)
