A happy time turned into a terrible time thanks to Fraser Hart!! My fiancé bought me my Engagement Ring in 2017. It was kept in the safe at home for 3 years and never touched. Emailed customer service and was told that as they are earrings there’s nothing Fraser Hart can do. Bought from you as I wanted a quality pair from a ‘reputable’ jewellers (they weren’t cheap), but I’ve had earrings that are better quality, and had better customer service at less than half the price!2.7/5(14)
