Apr 22, 2011 · Holsted Jewelers is being reported to the BBB and Consumer Affairs for operating a scam by sending junk jewelry that you never ordered, and when you try to cancel it, they keep sending it anyway and keep charging your credit card. Even when sending it back unopened, your credit card is charged for shipping charges to return it.

Holsted Jewelers has been in business since 1971 and has served hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers. We would only bill a credit card given to us by a customer with an order. Our marketing efforts ask for a credit card to be entered, and our copy states that when the order ships, the credit card entered will be billed.
