The associate said we were signing up for a free rewards program that would give us access to sales and events. We were NEVER told we were signing up for credit cards, nor were we allowed to see the applications.

I tried calling Kay and asking how often I'd need to use the card before they auto-close it, which I understand they do, but the Rep said that wasn't something they could answer.
