everything about this product is 100% like it says it is. the only reason i gave it a 4 star is because of the stupid tweezers they give you with it.... they are absolutly useless!!! i had to buy different ones after i tried useing them the first time. the steam comes out with alot of pressure and the tweezers are so flimsy that they cant hold the jewlery tight enough. other then that this product is great and i would/will …3.3/5

I should have bought this product a long time ago. It is amazing! My jewelry has never looked so beautiful, even after being cleaned at the jewelry store. It comes with a container to make your own jewelry cleaner (just ammonia and water, who knew!) that you soak the jewelry in before steaming. You thought it was clean before, then wow!3.3/5

With the jewelry jet steam cleaner my jewelry stays clean longer and sparkles more. Not to mention it's better for your settings than a sonic cleaner. Only thing it's missing is a fill line to know how much water you have left in it but I'm still very happy with this product.2.9/5

I ocassionaly use a "Shark" portable type steamer but it is cumbersome and not very effective on jewelry. The Jewel Jet heats in an unbelievable two minutes or less and then is ready to use. If you will follow directions and soak and clean the jewelry for a couple of minutes while waiting for the Jet to heat up, then your jewelry will look as good as when you bought it, if not better.3.8/5

Although the Jewel Jet cleans most diamond and ruby jewelry, you will need use the "soapy water and soft brush" method for everything else. If I had known that steam cleaning was so limited, I would not have purchased the unit. That's probably why there is no warning about steam cleaning jewelry in the product write-up.
