About the jewel of soul chances. I really believe that its all false. I used like 150 bless and lots of soul to make my set + weapons +9 (hyon+vic set+exc LS) and failed! With so many bless u can imagine how many times i tried to make an item +8/+9 and failed.. Its about 4-5 times per piece. I dont think that chances are that big.
