I had a fantastic experience at the Kay Jewelers in Sebring, Fl. My mother and I stopped in after brunch to pick up a pair of earrings I had sent off for repair. The customer service was excellent. My consultant (I think her name was Donna) was very friendly and knowledgeable.1.6/5(49)

Horrible customer service!! Called Kay’s Jewelry in Genesee Valley today to be treated like I don’t matter. The young lady told me she could not help me because I placed an internet order. Mind you I placed the order at the store.
