Oct 12, 2008 · I have a Tungsten wedding band I got from Kay Jewelers, I was under the impression when we purchased it had lifetime resizing. Bring in the old ring and swap it out for one that fits my finger due to cold and heat. Well of course we go back to the store, and we were not honored with this. We could however purchase another ring in a different size.
