There sold us a ring they said was 18 ct gold and high quality craftsmanship for $4000.00 US. As always, it's caveat emptor, in Cancun or anywhere else; like ZZ, I've had multiple positive experiences with the folks at Lapis including purchases and while you wait jewelry repair. I've also had friends who bought several pieces of quality silver and jewelry products whose value was confirmed as higher than the Lapis price by professional jewelers at Philly's famed Jewelers Row and elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Lapis Jewelry! My boyfriend had bought me a ring while we were there. It's a woven ring with onyx stones. I got back home and wore it for the first time only to find that by the end of the day, some of the stones had fallen out. I have three pieces of jewerly from them. We first went to Lapis on a tour through our resort EDSS. My husband actually purchased a ring from Lapis for our 20th anniversary, they delivered it to our resort, when it did arrive we had a problem with the stone and they happily took care of it.
