I was able to power up the Low beam, High beam, and DRL. The "tell tale" wire is something I could never get an answer on what it does but my guess is it tells the DRLs to turn off when the low beams come on but I'm not positive. Best bet is to find someone with a new MDX and see if their DRLs go off when the headlights are activated.
