Recently purchased a ring from Mr Harold and sons. Excellent customer service from Jan,whilst in the shop and on phone and email. Given plenty of time to look and try various rings and given advice if I asked. Due to size needed, ring had to be ordered, but came in quickly and Iam delighted with it.5/5

My husband and I visited Mr Harold and Son last week to purchase a diamond ring for my birthday/wedding anniversary. We were assisted by Monica who was extremely helpful. She took time to explain the difference in diamond cuts, shapes and settings and showed me a variety of rings. The ring I chose is absolutely beautiful.5/5

When I was in Mr.Harold and Son’s shop trying to get replacement jewellery, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no rush to reach any decision. I look forward to seeing and getting my new items in a few days time.
