Murdoch Jewellers was founded by Amanda Murdoch, third generation jeweller, in 1994, in Ocean Park. Amanda’s personal ethics and values are a reflection of her work life; this resulted in more customers, necessitating larger premises to accommodate the increased business. Murdoch Jewellers opened a second store in 2001 at South Point.
Murdoch’s Gem Shop was founded in the 1940’s in Dawson City, Yukon, the home of the Klondike Gold Rush of 1898. We specialize in jewellery manufactured from natural gold nuggets, mammoth ivory and Canadian diamonds. Items manufactured by our craftsmen include rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets. We also make gold nugget watchbands.
