Returns Policy. Refunds and exchanges will be processed for returned merchandise when merchandise is in like new condition with no signs of wear or damage and is presented with original sales slip. Rings sized or chains shortened will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued within 10 days from date of receipt.

Oct 04, 2019 · For items purchased on REEDS.com, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in new unused condition. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list, or a copy. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. Ring sizings are non-refundable.
