Aug 26, 2020 · You can heat the roller table with it on the balance assembly, then it looks like you need to reposition the roller jewel to expose a bit more of it to the balance fork. Once the shellac cools, I've been able to remove any excess with a sharp edge without the need to remove the table.

In the verge type the pillars have some wonderful decoration the same with the balance cocks, people just collect balance cocks and make necklaces out of them. the other thing to look out for is the end stone there are some great looking ones attached to the balance cocks.
