Typically the 7s26 (21 jewels) and the 7s36 (23 jewels) have the same exact accuracy spec of -15/+25 seconds per day or thereabouts. Accuracy in a mechanical watch is more of a function of how it is regulated and adjusted (or not) at the factory for postional variance and temperature.
