Oct 13, 2011 · Circe -- it does look more like the 20s or 30s, but could be a retro design. I have never heard of Tiffany putting serial numbers on their jewelry. When I worked there people frequently came in wi/stuff they'd bought on eBay or elsewhere & asked for authentication.
