I currently have two choices: #1: I can use a fairly durable membrane finish (have used Waterlox and currently General Finishes Arm-R-Seal) to achieve the shimmering grain and glossy look that so many customers desire… at the expense of the finish wearing down “ungracefully”.

Jan 26, 2016 · The authors made some wooden bangles and finished them with CA glue (super glue). There wasn't much description of the process, they just said they wiped on several coats of CA glue, sanded it starting at 400 grit and going up to 800 grit, then polished with 0000 steel wool.
